Lara Olubo, Multi-Talented TV Presenter and Actress, Passes Away



 Lara Olubo, a well-known television presenter, actress, fashion designer, and musician, has sadly passed away. The news was announced on July 27, 2024, by blogger Temilola Sobola.


Olubo was a beloved figure in the entertainment industry, particularly noted for her vibrant on-screen presence and exceptional presenting skills in Yoruba. She hosted popular shows on Orisun TV, including "Miliki Express," "Eto Baba Eto," and "Oju Oja," which earned her widespread acclaim and a dedicated following.


In addition to her successful television career, Lara Olubo made significant contributions to the Yoruba film industry with her appearances in various movies.


While the official cause of her death has not been disclosed, reports indicate that she had been ill for several days before her passing. Her death marks a significant loss in the entertainment community.

Tonto Dikeh gives Mohbad’s son scholarship and N100k monthly for one year

  Popular Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh,has offered to financially support the family of late musician, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad. She has also agreed to look after Mohbad’s 5-month-old kid, Liam, till he completes his secondary school education. Tonto Dikeh announced this on her Instagram page via her charity and the King Andre charity. She mentioned that the 5-month-old boy will receive monthly support of N100k.
